The small print..........
- On the booking of your wedding, we will require a £100 non-refundable deposit.
- The Balance will be required 3 weeks before your wedding date.
- We will only book 1 wedding on any one date (unless fully agreed with all parties)
- A full break down of will be given, and discussed prior to booking.
- Unlimited use of design library, and up to 4 free consultations in the lead up to your wedding day.
- All Bridal flowers ( bouquets, button holes, corsages) will be delivered to 1 location, multiple destinations can be arranged in advance.
- Venue and ceremony flowers will be fully installed by the Flower company, in accordance with the venues rules and regulations.
- Venue and or ceremony flowers will be removed at no cost, if this is required.
- Property of the Flower company will be removed, (but arrangements left at the venue) the following day, unless otherwise arranged.
- Floral arrangements will be fully managed, delivered , and installed as agreed during the consultations.
- Where possible we prefer to arrange all wedding flowers in situ, and can not be held responsible if flowers must be left at the venue.
- We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card. We will not store your card details.
- Wherever possible, we will ensure that the varieties of flower provided are exactly to your specification. However, if a specific flower is not available from our suppliers when required, we reserve the right to make an appropriate substitution.
- If for any reason The Flower Company can not carry out your arrangements, we will esure they are carried out by a professional florist to your requirements, with any extra expense being covered by the flower company
- Delivery will be made on the date of your wedding, unless otherwise agreed
- No personal details will be kept by the flower company. We do not keep credit card details, and do not pass your information on to ant third party.
- A charge of 2% will be made for payment by credit card
- The Flower company property is loaned free of charge, against a post dated cheque held on your file. Any breakages or losses will be deducted from this and the balance returned to you.
